To connect the device to the app, download the app by scanning the QR code or searching for it (Android 5.0 or iOS 13.0 and above). Turn on the plug and place it close to the router when starting the pairing process. Set your Wi-Fi to 2.4 GHz for successful pairing.

Press and hold the power button for 5-10 seconds until the indicator light blinks rapidly, enabling the EZ mode. Alternatively, you can re-press and hold the on/off button for 5 seconds when the indicator is blinking fast, switching to AP mode.

Note that when the smart plug is moved to a new network environment, you'll need to restore the factory settings (remove the socket from the outlet, plug it in again, and press and hold the power button for 5-10 seconds) before reconnecting to the network.

Opening Bluetooth on your phone can make the connection to the app easier, but it's not necessary. The smart plug only supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi while connecting to the app. It's compatible with home appliances with a maximum load power of 1800W, 15A, so please check the load of your appliance before plugging it in.
